Yes — each pass is individual. It cannot be lent or used by multiple people at the same time.
For “Pralognan” passes, yes: the alpine area ranges from 1,410 m to 2,355 m in altitude, with 12 lifts and 24 runs.

2. Customer account & orders
On www.skipass-pralognan.com, go to “My account” or “Sign up.” You can track your purchase history, link your keycards, and download your supporting documents.
Click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset it.
From your customer area, under “My information.” Some data cannot be changed once validated.
3. Ski area & activities
The alpine pass covers access to the ski lifts. Other options exist for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or pedestrian access.
The area offers 9 green runs, 3 blue, 8 red, and 4 black—suitable for all ability levels.
For the 2025–2026 season, the area is open from 20 December 2025 to 5 April 2026.
Yes. The resort emphasizes its family character, beginner zones, and close connection with nature.
4. Insurance & safety
It depends on the option selected. Some passes may include—or offer as an add-on—rescue insurance.
Report immediately to the resort’s ski patrol/first-aid station, keep your proof of purchase, and contact your insurance provider.
5. Other practical questions
No — passes are strictly individual and non-transferable.
Several rental shops are located at the foot of the slopes and in the village center.
Advance booking is recommended.
From 9:00 to 16:45 between 20 December and 8 February, then from 9:00 to 17:15 from 9 February until the end of the season.
